Connor watches the locked anomaly in front of him. Today he’s guarding it on his own, everyone else is searching the forest. Now that his date finder works, the next step is to create a device identifying the place an anomaly leads to. He only needs to figure out how.

He contemplates one idea and another when suddenly there’s a crackling noise behind him. He tenses and turns around, staring at the bushes intently. Leaves rustle and he sees something move. He clicks the safety off his gun when all of a sudden –
out hops a fluffy 21st century bunny.
