629: Bank Holiday Weekend

“So, what are we going to do with three full days without any anomalies?”, Ryan grinned.

“I can’t believe that Lester actually approved of both of us taking off three consecutive days,” Becker said.

“I think he sees it as a test run for our upcoming holiday. God, I can’t even begin to tell you how much I look forward to spending our days on the beach and diving,” the content smile returned on Ryan’s face.

“And in bed?”

“And in bed,” Ryan confirmed.

“So how about us using the bank holiday weekend as a test run, too?”, Becker smirked.

630: Out of reach

The plane quickly gained speed and then it was leaving the ground.

“It’s nice to be on a plane to travel to a holiday destination for once. The last few times I’ve been on a plane always were for one mission or another,” Ryan contemplated.

Becker gently squeezed his hand. “Not this time. The only thing you’re going to fight in the next two weeks is your food coma.”

“Bless Jess for suggesting this small island without mobile connection or a landline.”

“She’s a star.”
